Wild Play & Having What You're Not AllowedÂ
Throw a spanner in the hamster wheel of your usual, conditioned, assumed, habitual motions and slide into the unbounded realms of the taboo, unacceptable, wild, playfully absurd and hilarious.
Â
Romp around your inner playground.
Spit your tea out through your nose with spontaneous uncontrollable laughter.
Dance with your shadows and shame.Â
Let the worst parts of yourself be completely loved & accepted.

Whilst this immersion will likely reveal some uncomfortable insights and cringey feelings, as you meet rejected parts of yourself, the practices themselves as not particularly 'intense' or cathartic. The immersion is facilitated with trauma informed awareness, an appreciation for subtly & depth, and you'll be held in exceptionally tender care thorough-out. As always, everything is optional and you are absolutely welcome to take a break at any point.
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."

"Holly created an exceptional and safe space that supported us to explore embodiment as a practice of devotion to ourselves and to life. I gained more awareness of and pleasure in, my body and my sensuality, while having a lot of fun."

Acknowledgement of Country
We gather on the unceded lands of the Jagera, Turrbal, and Jinibara peoples in South-East Queensland.
We honour the Traditional Custodians who have danced, sung, and cared for this land since time immemorial. We bow to the ancient, abiding, and evolving connections between First Nations people, the culture and stories of this place, and the more-than-human kin - plants, animals, elements, and the living systems we are part of.
We acknowledge that our embodied experience is inseparable from the lands we move upon, and we give deep thanks for the opportunity to learn, listen, and be in right relationship with Country.
