​You may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the first event for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the first immersion may receive credit for future programs or events - there will be no refunds given, except in the case that your place may be transferred to another participant.

Payment plans

By selecting a payment plan option, you are entering into an agreement to pay the total program fee in multiple installments as outlined in the provided payment schedule. It is essential to acknowledge your commitment to fulfilling the entire program fee, irrespective of program completion or attendance.

Even in the event of program withdrawal for any reason, you remain obligated to fulfill all the remaining payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.

To ensure smooth processing of payments and prevent any disruptions, we kindly request that you keep your payment information up to date and ensure sufficient funds are available on the scheduled payment dates.

In the event that you encounter difficulties in meeting a scheduled payment, please promptly contact us to discuss potential alternatives or arrangements. We are here to support and find a solution that works best for both parties.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the rare occurrence that an event becomes impossible to conduct due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as lockdowns or unforeseen act of nature, we will provide you with the option of a full credit or refund minus any operational expenses.

Liability waiver

The Red Kamala Mystery School facilitators will actively prioritise the well-being and safety of participants. We encourage you to listen to your body, and are committed to creating a supportive environment where your boundaries are respected, and you are never imposed upon.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk and release and hold harmless Holly Wodetzki & associated facilitators from any and all liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses. Your participation is always voluntary, free of obligation, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
