​You may cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to the first event for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the first event or during the program may receive credit for future programs or events - there will be no refunds given.

Payment plans

By selecting the payment plan option, you are entering into an agreement to pay the total program fee in multiple installments as outlined in the provided payment schedule. It is essential to acknowledge your commitment to fulfilling the entire program fee, irrespective of program completion or attendance.

Even in the event of program withdrawal for any reason, you remain obligated to fulfill all the remaining payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.

To ensure smooth processing of payments and prevent any disruptions, we kindly request that you keep your payment information up to date and ensure sufficient funds are available on the scheduled payment dates.

In the event that you encounter difficulties in meeting a scheduled payment, please promptly contact us to discuss potential alternatives or arrangements. We are here to support and find a solution that works best for both parties.

 

In the rare occurrence that an event becomes impossible to conduct due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as lockdowns or unforeseen situations, we will provide you with the option of a full credit or refund minus any operational expenses.
