No one is an island. For better or worse, we are always in relationship - with others, with nature, and with life itself.

Connectivity is about exploring the essential quality of moving with others in playful, meaningful, and embodied ways.

Recognising our deep needs as a social species, we'll together cultivate connection that fosters creativity, mutual benefit, flow states, and takes us beyond our own perceived limitations.

This workshop is not about polarity or sexuality, but connection more broadly - it would be a very fun & insightful experience as a date, but equally you could bring your dad without it being weird.

You can come individuality and find people to work with on the day, or if you book in with a partner you have the choice to move exclusively with that person or practice with a variety of people.

Men, women, all welcome.

Elements Studio has free on-street parking and is well connected to public transport.

Wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable to move in.
